I am required to store the record or report from your case file for 10 years, in a locked filing cabinet. I am a licensed social worker for Ontario.
Virtual meetings are possible, on a secure platform.
My office is located at London Counselling Associates, at 120 Wellington St., on the SE corner at Hill Street. Unit 201 is accessible by stairs. Meetings are by appointment only. 519.871.8956
